Our Best Bets went 2-3 yesterday and are at 2-4 for the week. Tonight, we have a Monday Night Doubleheader starting with a game between the Bills and Falcons at 7:15 ET. Then we have the Bears and Commanders facing off against each other at 8:15 PM. I have gone through the available bets and picked the one that I believe will hit. Let’s make some money!
Best Bets
- Bijan Robinson Rush and Rec Yards over 110.5
- Jacory Croskey-Merritt Rush Yards over 69.5
Best Bet Background – Bijan Robinson Rush and Rec Yards over 110.5
Tonight, the Bills are traveling to Atlanta to take on the Falcons. One matchup to watch will be the rush offense of the Falcons versus the rush defense of the Bills. The Bills will be without Ed Oliver, who is a critical piece to the Bills defense. There is a chance that they will be without Matt Milano at linebacker as well. That means that the Falcons have a chance to run all over this defense with their superstar running back, Bijan Robinson. The Bills are allowing 145 yards on the ground per game. That is the 28th ranked run defense in the league. The Falcons are averaging 136 rush yards per game, which is 6th in the league. Bijan is the key to this Falcons offense. He is used in both the pass and run game with great success. He is currently the leading rusher and receiver on this team. He has gone over 110 scrimmage yards in every game that he has played so far. He is averaging 146 yards per game. I would expect him to continue his spectacular season tonight.
Best Bet Background – Jacory Croskey-Merritt Rush Yards over 69.5
The second game of the double header will see the Bears travel to Landover Maryland to take on the Commanders. Much like the first game of the night, there is a huge mismatch in run offense and run defense. The Commanders have the league’s best rushing attack, averaging 156 yards per game. Meanwhile, the Bears have the second worst run defense, allowing 164 yards per game. The lead back for the Commanders has been Jacory “Bill” Croskey-Merritt. Bill was a 7th round draft pick that earned the starting role in this offense. Tonight, he has the chance to make a primetime performance to show that he should have been drafted earlier. Bill had his best game last week rushing for 111 yards and 2 TDs against the Chargers. He has a much easier matchup tonight and should have a big night. The Commanders will be missing a few weapons in their receiving game, which would point towards a run heavy offense. Given that the Commanders are the favorites and should be leading in this game, I would expect Bill to gain over 70 yards tonight.
