The Rams will debut their new look defense tonight. They will have Myles Garrett, Trent McDuffie, and Jaylen Watson suit up for their first Rams game. While that is taking place, the Rams know the value of having a good run game. They were the 7th ranked run game last year behind Kyren Williams as their lead back. That said, Kyren Williams’ line is too low for this game. Williams averaged 73 yards per game last year. Against the 49ers last year, he had games of 65 and 73 yards rushing. In the last 5 games that Williams has played the 49ers, he has averaged 77.4 yards. The game flow of this matchup should favor the Rams run game down the stretch. They will most likely be playing with the lead and will have to run out the clock in the 4th quarter. That is where Williams will make us our money.
