Best Bets

Caleb Williams Rush Yards o24.5

Darnell Mooney Receiving Yards o50.5

Best Bet Background – Caleb Williams Rush Yards o24.5

Caleb Williams and the Bears have had an incredibly difficult season. They are 4-9 and the preseason optimism for this team has officially disappeared. Rookies are expected to struggle and despite being surround by talent the organizational structure of the Bears has once again let down it’s on field talent. All that being said, they can’t focus too much on the season that they were supposed to have but instead, need to focus on the Vikings. Their division rivals are 11-2 and are showing no signs of slowing down. The Minnesota defense is incredibly stingy and does not allow many points (6th least in the NFL) and have an explosive offense that will put up points. The Vikings are the favorite in this game and I believe that they will be winning most of the night. Caleb Williams relies on his legs a lot when he is playing. Earlier in the year, he scrambled into sacks. Recently, with a new coach at the helm, Williams has been making 1 or 2 reads and taking off. The Viking defense is complicated and has the ability to deceive quarter backs. I would expect Williams to put the offense on his back and take off for more than 25 yards.

Best Bet Background – Darnell Mooney Receiving Yards o50.5

In the second game of the MNF double header, the Falcons are facing off against the Las Vegas Raiders. The noise around the quarterback situation in Atlanta has started to get loud. Kirk Cousins has thrown for 0 TDs and 8 ints in the past 4 games. I believe that a game against the Raiders is what the doctor ordered for this team. The Falcons have weapons all over their offense, yet they are really only able to pass the ball effectively. That means that their leading wide receiver, Darnell Mooney, should be in line for a big night. Mooney has been averaging 67.2 yards per game. He has been a go-to target for Cousins and has the ability to break the long one. I would look for Mooney to continue his great season and gain over 51 yards against these Raiders.
